So it’s the end of my first week using Slim Weight patch and that means one thing: weigh in day!
Despite the fact that I was pretty confident that I had lost some weight this week, I was still a bit hesitant to step on the scale. But I did and am pleased to announce
I lost 5 lbs in a week!!!!
I am so happy that I lose so much weight in my first week. It’s a sign of good things to come, and even if my weight loss slows down I’m still well on my way to my 14 lb in a month challenge.
It’s only fair that I show you my weight loss progress pictures so here we go. I have tried to keep everything the same from when I took my before pictures, right down to the outfit, so you can see the difference better.
The only other difference you may notice is slightly messier floor (oops!).

Can anyone spot the slim weight patch? I’ve taken to wearing it on my upper arm like a nicotine patch.
It’s amazing the difference a week can make. Although I still have some “Overhang” in the stomach region I can definitely see I have lost weight from my stomach “pooch”.
Is it possible to get a flat stomach in a month? Judging on my progress so far I’m hopeful, although I will happily take nearly a nearly flat stomach as a good result!
Nobody has noticed the patches yet (I wear a short sleeved shirt to work) but they have commented on my weight loss! Apparently my face is looking thinner.
I would call a 5lb weight loss a great result for my first week of using Slim Weight Patch!
