I’m Karen and for the next month I will be writing about my one month weight loss challenge. I will attempt to lose at least 14 lbs of fat using the Slim Weight Patch (although the more weight I lose, the better!)

I got so fed up of being tired all of the time, getting out of breath when climbing the stairs, and simply fed up of being FAT!

So I decided to do something about it. When www.dietpillsjudged.com were looking for someone to test the new Slim Weight Patch I jumped at the chance.

With my wedding a year away, and over 50 pounds to lose until I reach my goal weight, I feel that its time to take action and start losing weight TODAY.

 In the coming month I hope to lose a good portion of that weight to get me off to a good start on my wedding weight loss journey.

I will be using the Slim Weight patch, a weight loss patch that is applied to the skin and releases its ingredients topically through to the bloodstream.

 I thought this was ideal for me as when I have tried diet pills in the past I often forget to take them at the right times. I can put a Slim Weight patch on in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day.

I will update my blog frequently with my weight loss progress and my own review of the Slim Weight Patch.

  • Thanks for the interesting post guys, been following your blog for the past few months while trying to lose weight for my wedding on the Cambridge diet and it’s going really great. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the past couple of months and this site has really inspired me to keep trying. Great job.

  • Dieting is really hard! how come cant i lose the excess pounds? Any one got any ideas for simple excercise workouts?
